This is a new age restricted community in the far northwest area of the Las Vegas valley. It will be the master plan of Sunstone which will have around 3,000 homes at completion. Trilogy at Sunstone will feature 930 homes. Sizes will range from 1,342 to 2,579 sq. ft.  All the expected amenities will be there, consistent with the size of the community. Additional not expected amenities will include a coffee and cocktail bar, culinary studio and restaurant/bar. Both single family and duplex style homes will be available. Some homes will feature RV garages. At the time of this writing the base prices range from $359,900 to $654,450.

There will be an addition to the floor plans currently under construction. Tri-plex homes are to be available. The individual buildings will feature 3 garages on the first floor, two units on the second floor and one on the third floor.

HOA fees are represented at $349 a month for free-standing homes and over $481 a month for the duplex and triplex homes, at the time of this writing.

The common area amenities will not be owned homeowners.

General observations and Trilogy at Sunstone reviews.

There may be some initial issues with infrastructure close by, but with the planned community of Skye Canyon adjacent, those should be resolved in the few years. Now most services are about 4 miles away. You are out here is the northwest and a trip to the Strip or airport could take you an hour. itself. The common area amenities look to be extensive. They are owned by a separate entity. At the time of this writing, $208 of your dues will be your monthly club assessment. There is also a $5,000 initiation fee. It seems a little confusing, but Shay Homes claims this model has worked for them several times in several communities since 2008.

The elevation is roughly 2,750 ft. above sea level. That is about 600 ft. higher than the strip.
