This developments consists of two towers, 20 stories each. It is located in the Hughes Center off East Flamingo about four blocks from the strip. This was the first of the newer residential high-rise communities to be completed. It was completed and occupied in 2000-2001. There are 84 units in all ranging from 2,055 to 9,024 sq. ft.

Prior to this development, the last residential high-rise constructed in this area was built in the late 1970’s. The success of this development led to Turnberry and then all the subsequent high-rise developments in the Las Vegas valley. This was the first and arguably the best of the bunch.
