This complex is located at the corner of Las Vegas Blvd. and Agate. It is approximately 5 miles south of Tropicana Blvd. The first occupants moved in Feb. 2003. There are 750 units in all with one, two or three bedroom unit plans, ranging in size from 786 to 1812 sq. ft.
Units feature oversized garden terraces with additional storage areas, walk-in closets, 10 foot high ceilings, granite countertops and recessed lighting.
This is one of four newer mid-rise, high-rise developments on south Las Vegas Blvd. The others being Manhattan Condos, Boca Raton and One Las Vegas. There has been a great deal of development in this south Las Vegas Blvd. area. This would include several timeshare high-rise projects. Also in the immediate area are two large outlet malls. Additional casino/hotel projects are planned for both north and south of this location.
In the way of personal observation, this is a great community, with great amenities. What I observe are many folks in their 20’s and 30’s. Great second home and nice choice for anyone looking to be reasonably close to the strip. In the last few years, the increase in infrastructure in this immediate area has been substantial with many restaurants and other shopping choices close by.
This south central location is very convenient to the Strip, airport area as well as giving convenient access to both the east and west side of the valley on the close-by 215 beltway.
