Palisades is a guard gated community in The Canyons Village, in Summerlin. 130 homes were built in all at sizes ranging from 3,722 sq. ft to 6,508 sq. ft. This community is very well located in central Summerlin. It is less than one mile from Summerlin Hospital. Just over one mile to the south is W. Charleston with many stores and restaurants. About the same distance to the north are parks and shopping at Village Center. It is close to Summerlin Parkway, less than one mile away, for fast access to other areas of the valley. Just over one mile to the west is Palo Verde High School and the Community College of Southern Nevada. Homes on the eastern and southern perimeter of the development back to the TCP Canyons golf course.
Christopher Homes was the builder. These homes were constructed between 1998 and 2005.
