Corta Bella is a guard gated community in The Hills South Village in Summerlin. 128 homes were built in all at sizes ranging from 2,346 to 4,148 sq. ft. It is less than one mile to the shopping corridor on West Lake Mead. It is close to Summerlin Parkway, right down Rampart, for fast access to other areas of the valley. Hills Park with tennis courts and ball fields is less than one mile to the west. Bruce Trent Park, with a weekly farmer’s market, is less than one mile away down Rampart

Many homes on the southern and western perimeter of this community back to the Summerlin TPC golf course.

Coleman Homes was the builder. The homes here were constructed between 1993 and 1996.
