Resale list prices range from $175 per sq. ft. to $534 per sq. ft. and average $289 per sq. ft. at the time of this writing, October 24, 2011. Currently listed properties range in price from $145,000 to $750,000. Resales over the last three months reflect prices ranging from $149,000 to $2,400,000. It is located at Paradise and Karen just east across Paradise from its sister community, Turnberry Place. It features two 45 story Towers with 318 units in each. There are both new as well as resale homes available here. Homes range in size from 814 to 1,937 sq. ft. The new availability range from 915 to 1937 sq. ft. Community amenities include guard gated entrance, 24 hr roving security patrol,
state of the art fitness center, tennis courts, valet, concierge, Sun deck and
swimming pools. The electronic concierge service is nice. You can order any
number of services electronically. This would include ordering food, scheduling
tennis time or ordering your car from valet Residents have memberships to The Sterling Club which is at Turnberry Place, across the street. The Sterling club has two main dining facilities, fine dining at the Sterling Room and casual dining in the Verandah Room. The Twenty Eight Club, a private wine club offers another dining option. It also features a piano lounge, billiards room, wine and cigar room and nightclub. Special events are also scheduled on a regular basis. This club is a locals favorite and is open to non-residents by invitation only. This is a caveat I would apply to all those local high-rise communities still selling new. There may be some jeopardy here. See my concerns on my high-rise directory page Millie Fine
