Currently listed properties range in price from $199,000to $7,999,000. HOA fees run from .54 to .67 per sq. ft. depending on size of unit. Resales over the last six months reflects prices ranging from $162,000 to $1,250,000.

First off, Turnberry Place has been a locals favorite since the day it opened. They like the amenities, the prices and the easy access off of Paradise Rd. Also, the Sterling Club, described below, has been a locals favorite. Four, forty story towers have been built with units ranging is size from 1,179 to 9,000 sq. ft. The first units closed escrow Jan, 2001 with the last new home closings last year. The development is now closed-out with resales only available (see above link). It is located south and west of Karen and Paradise Rd, walking distance to the Strip.

 Development amenities include 24 hour guard gate with the lobby in each tower staffed 24 hrs. a day, his and hers health clubs, 24 hr. valet, 24 hr. roaming patrol, resort style pools, 75,000 sq. ft. community center and room service.

 Each residence features Italian marble Jacuzzi whirlpool baths, granite kitchen counter tops, Sub zero and Gagganeu appliances and private elevator entryways. All residences have wrap-around glass balconies, Each residence is also equipped with a security system.

Residents have memberships to The Sterling Club which is within the community. The Sterling club has two main dining facilities, fine dining at the Sterling Room and casual dining in the Verandah Room. The Twenty Eight Club, a private wine club offers another dining option. It also features a piano lounge, billiards room, wine and cigar room and nightclub. Special events are also scheduled on a regular basis. This club is a locals favorite and is open to non-residents by invitation only.
