Here are the basics:

Built on 555 acres and will include golf course. Total costs for the golf course and the Summit Club are expected to exceed 350 million dollars. There are 184 custom home lots with an average price exceeding 3 million dollars. Homes are expected to range between 8,000 to 20,000 sq. ft.

In addition to the custom home construction buyers will have the option to purchase among 84 bungalows and cottages that will range in size from 3,200 to 5,200 sq. ft. 32 condominium suites will be offered on the second floor of the clubhouse. these will range in size from 1,200 sq. ft. to 3,500 sq. ft.

Price of lots with strip views will average 5 to 8 million dollars.

This is one of two new, very high-end developments in the Las Vegas area, the other being Ascaya, in Henderson.
