This complex went into bankruptcy. Now, two of the buildings under construction have been sold to a company that are marketing the units in these buildings.

This will be the first luxury age-restricted condominium community in the Las Vegas area.  Terra Bella  is being constructed in Henderson.  It will be roughly in the center of the "Anthem" planned community and will be surrounded by Sun City Anthem however,  not a part of Sun City.  Units range from 1428 to 2207 sq. ft.  Many of these units will have strip, valley, mountain, or beautiful courtyard views. This will be a gated community featuring a central common area with pool, spa, and waterfalls. 234 units will be built in all. Among the other amenities will be a clubhouse, exercise facility, ramadas, barbeque facilities, walking paths, and bocce court.  The buildings will be 3 story with elevators to the second and third floors.  Unit amenities will include granite countertops, terraces and single or 2 car garages. This should be a very secure development with a gated entry as well as secured access to all the individual buildings. The elevation at Terra Bella is approximately 2,865 ft. above sea level.

 The common areas are beautifully done in a resort style and are finished.  Base Prices as of  February 8, 2010, range from $244,000 to $494,650.  Under the new owners prices are approximately 25% lower than with the previous developer.
