The homes in this community were built between 1979 and 1980. The entire development of condominiums has over 600 homes, however only one section with a total of 95 condos is age restricted. I believe the age restricted designation no longer applies to this community. While it is no longer strictly an age restricted development, the age demographic here is definitely older.   These are single story attached homes with two car garages.  Roughly half of this communities homes backup to the greenbelt in the left side photo. They have large patios with pony walls that look out on this beautiful area. There are three pool areas along this greenbelt, which is very respectable for a community of 95 homes. They range from 1276 sq. ft. to 2118 sq. ft.  Location to services is great. Residents are very close to the Boulevard Mall and the main medical corridor along Maryland Parkway. They are also within 10 minutes of the airport and strip. If you don't mind older communities and appreciate the proximity to just about everything, this one could be from you. Sales over the last three months, as of February 8, 2010 reflect prices ranging from $54,000 to 93,000. Resale  homes have a median asking price of $80 per sq. ft.
