 Sun City Aliante is located on 1,000 acres in North Las Vegas in the northwest part of the valley. It is east of Decatur, bordered on the south by Elkhorn drive and on the north by Teton Drive. The northern segment of the Las Vegas Beltway is just south of this project.

The January/February 2007 issue of "Where to Retire Magazine" rated Sun City Aliante #3 out of the top 100 places to retire.

The elevation at  Sun City Aliante ranges from 2,246 ft. to 2,292 ft. above sea level.

 At the time of this writing, August 18, 2010, resale sales activity for the last three months reflect sales prices from $110,000 to $250,000 with a median price of around $144,000. Of the 35 properties currently listed, 18 are represented as short sales or bank owned/foreclosures.  This community is now sold out. The rate of sales has been high over the last few months with many individuals taking advantage of the opportunities, particularly with respect to the distressed properties. Resale free-standing homes have a median asking price of $117 per sq. ft.

A large shopping center is now completed at Aliante. The new Station Casino, Aliante Station will be open in November. It is literally walking distance from many of the homes here. The commute to the airport/university area, I have been told, is 18 miles. This seems somewhat optimistic. Prices here are somewhat lower than similar new product in Sun City Anthem and Siena.  There is a  recreation center with pool and with full amenities.
