Monthly Sales Report – January

 

Sun City Aliante Las Vegas is an age restricted, 55+, retirement community, located on 1,000 acres in North Las Vegas in the northwest part of the valley. It is east of Decatur, bordered on the south by Elkhorn drive and on the north by Teton Drive. The northern segment of the Las Vegas Beltway is just south of this project. It is typical of many of the other Sun City communities inside the valley and across the country. Homes are all single story and are built around and in the proximity of the Aliante Golf Course. Common area amenities include tennis courts, bocce courts, recreation center with indoor pool, spa, exercise room, billiards room and several multi-purpose rooms. The terrain is flat with some unique views of the Mt. Charleston area as well as views of the Sheep Mountains to the north.

. All homes are free standing with no attached “villa style” homes available. The 18 hole championship golf course (see above photos and photo gallery) is a public facility. Click here for more information about Golf at Aliante.

The elevation at Sun City Aliante ranges from 2,246 ft. to 2,292 ft. above sea level.

Community Web Site – Check it out, very nice

A large shopping center is now completed at Aliante. The new Station Casino, Aliante Station is open. It is literally walking distance from many of the homes here. The commute to the airport/university area, I have been told, is 18 miles. This seems somewhat optimistic. Let me know if you need any more information.

The Aliante master plan includes a large non-age restricted area also.
