This project will not be built, per the last information I have. It never progressed past excavation.

This 16.5 acre mixed use community located in southwestern Las Vegas broke ground July 13, 2007 with the first homes scheduled for delivery in 2009.  A total of 1,300 residences are projected.  Units in the first phase range from 500 sq. ft. to 2,000 sq. ft with prices ranging from the low $300,000's to $1.8 million. This community will offer 6 options for urban living including condominiums, live/work spaces, brownstones, mid-rise terraced condominiums and Chicago style lofts and townhomes.

All residences will have access to community amenities including 1.5 acre park; dog park; and market street filled with 25 locally owned shops and services including a full-service deli, neighborhood pub, fine restaurant, florist,  fresh fish monger, wine shop, coffee shop and bakery. 24 hour valet parking and concierge services will also be available.

Additional outdoor amenities will include pools, walking paths, sitting areas and tennis courts. Indoor amenities will include two movie-screening rooms, guest suites, lounges, billiards room and party room with full service kitchen. Residents will also have access to a 16,000 sq. ft. fitness center.

This is an ambitious project and of a type that is growing in popularity both in the Las Vegas area as well as across the country. Urban living in the suburbs. They represent the first delivery of homes in 2009.

This is a caveat I would apply to all those local high-rise communities still selling new. There may be some jeopardy here.  See my concerns on my  high-rise directory page
