This 2,300 acre master planned community is actually two communities in one. The south end, "The Estates" features the Southern Highlands Golf and Country Club. The south end is "The Villages at Southern Highlands".

"The Enclave" is here also consisting of 14 custom home models by Christopher Homes. The Southern Highlands Golf and Country Club is an equity membership club and one of the most expensive in the area. The golf course is a real beauty and was designed by Robert Trent Jones, Sr. and Robert Trent Jones, Jr. - one of four courses in the world that can make that claim.

The infrastructure is is developing with a new shopping center now open at the north end of the development. The commute to the airport and the center of the strip will be convenient, probably no more than 15 to 20 minutes.
