Solera at Anthem is one of five Sun City developments in the area. It is located just south of Sun City Anthem in the southeast part of the valley. The land this community is built on was originally part of the proposed development of Sun City Anthem. It has approximately 1,750 homes.

Free standing homes at Solera at Anthem range from 1140 sq. ft. to 1771 sq. ft. All homes are single story and either two or three bedrooms. Pulte/Del Webb is now sold out in this community. Resale sales activity over the last 3 months as of August 18, 2010 reflects selling prices from $130,000 to $222,000 with a median sales price of around $149,000. Of the 47 properties currently listed, 25 are represented as short sales or bank owned/foreclosures. Resale homes have a median asking price of $124 per sq. ft.

Solera at Anthem has another option other than free standing homes. Single story attached townhomes are now available in what is a separate gated area. Two models are available at 1,519 sq. ft and 1,590 sq. ft. The homeowners here have access to all the common area facilities of this community. This product is unique. Not only for age restricted, but even outside of age restricted nothing is available in newer product like it, not in a single story. These villas are now sold out. Tennis courts and bocce ball courts are in place with the community center also now completed. The community center includes club rooms, billiard room, pool and exercise room.
