O.K. there are some negatives to this Las Vegas senior development. The access road to this community is a primary access road to Sam Boyd stadium. One could anticipate a logjam before and after events. The common areas and facilities are adequate but not as wonderful as many other Las Vegas senior communities. The amenities do include, clubhouse, pool, spa and an 18 hole putting course. All this said, it has far and away the least expensive free standing homes of any local age qualified community. In fact it is difficult to find any newer free standing home in the Las Vegas area at an equivalent price. All of these homes were constructed from 1999 to 2003. They range in size from 1008 sq. ft. to 1377 sq. ft. Most residences are arranged in cul-de-sacs. with 8 homes in each. Association fees are $65.00 a month. This project is well located in that it is close to I95 and is within10 to15 minutes from the airport and strip. The elevation at Silver Springs is roughly 1,620 ft. above sea level.
