This guard gated community is located in southeast Las Vegas. There are 107 homes inside the gate. They range in year of construction from 1962 to 2006.  Home sizes range from 2,507 to 10,061 sq. ft. Lots range in size from approximately 1/3 of an acre to one acre.  This community is unique to Las Vegas in a couple of ways. It is the only guard gated equestrian development. It features a large common area with arena and stables. It also has a riding trail around its perimeter. It is also the oldest guard gated community in the Las Vegas area. It is about 3  miles from the south end of the Las Vegas Strip and about the same distance to the airport. The University of Nevada at Las Vegas is 4 miles away.

This is a great option for those of you that need a convenient equestrian friendly community. Most of the folks that live here, in fact, do not have horses but do love the ambience and location.

Green Valley Parkway is 1 1/2 miles to the east and Sunset Rd. is one mile to the north. Both are shopping corridors with restaurants, grocery stores and other retail options.
