This is a quite small community of manufactured homes. It is located in the far southeast part of the valley, just east of Boulder Highway, quite a ways south of Lake Mead Blvd. Most of the homes here (approx. 70 in all) were built in the 1990's. When you purchase a home here, you buy the home and the land it sets on. Many of the homes have RV parking and some have garages. This community is very pleasing to the eye. It features no particular amenities, but the association fee is a very low $10.00 a month. Worth a look especially if you like the proximity to the lake and if you have an RV.
