This is a showcase of a few of the currently listed homes in Regency at The Lakes, Las Vegas.

This guard gated community is located in The Lakes master planned community in  west Las Vegas. 80 homes were built in all at sizes ranging from 2,914 to 8,419 sq. ft. They range in year of construction from 1992 to 2001.

This community is located at the southwest corner of The Lakes. It is within one mile of the SR 215 beltway for quick assess to most of the rest of the valley. It is also located just across Hualapai Rd. from Summerlin. The man made Lake Sahara at The Lakes is less than two miles away and, in fact, many of the Summerlin Parks are even closer. The most convenient shopping would be along the W. Sahara shopping corridor, about one mile to the north. There is a beautiful park with large water features just outside the gate. The day I took the above photograph there were a number of people and waterfowl enjoying this area.
