This community is located in Summerlin, just south and west from Summerlin Parkway and Town Center Blvd. There are 272 units in all located in several two story buildings. These are all two bedroom homes and range in size from 838 sq. ft. to 1,263 sq. ft. All units have a one car detached garage. They were built and occupied 1998-2001.

This is a gated complex, guard gated in the evenings. It is lushly landscaped with clubhouse, pool, spa, exercise room and sauna. This central Summerlin location puts this complex close to restaurants, community parks, shopping as well as being close to the Summerlin Hospital. It is also within a mile of the Summerlin Parkway with its easy access to other parts of the valley as well as the Strip/airport area.

This development is located high up on the west side at approximately 2,900 ft. above sea level. This is around 700 ft. higher than the Strip. As the sun sets over the Spring Mountains, this is one of the first areas in the valley to go into the shade. In the summertime it will be, on average, conspicuously cooler here in the late afternoon than much of the rest of the valley.

Hard to go wrong here. Summerlin is, in my opinion, the "gold standard" of the local planned communities. If you need additional information just let me know.
