Golf at Red Rock Country Club
Two Arnold Palmer designed courses are projected with one course and 26 holes completed at this writing. Golf memberships, at the time of this writing, are $40,000. The monthly dues are $1,100 , no green fees. An executive golf membership is $25,000 with dues of $770 a month, green fees not included. The Arnold Palmer Mountain Course measures 7130 yards from the gold tees with the Arnold Palmer Arroyo course measuring 6974 yards. This facility features a dining room with golf and strip views, the Oasis Grill with outdoor terrace for informal dining, lounge, private Sunrise Room for formal events, board room, golf pro shop and gentlemen’s and ladies locker rooms with private lounge, media center and steam room in each. Great views from dining room and terrace. The social membership requires a $1,500 buy-in with a monthly of $235.
Red Rock Sports Club
This center features a fitness area, locker rooms with sauna and steam, massage therapy rooms, adult pool, lap pool, family pool, therapeutic spa pool, Cabana Grille, tennis pro shop and 9 lighted hard surface courts, one of which is a stadium court. This is, in my opinion, the best local tennis facility around. There are several options in sports memberships. A full sports membership includes all facilities and services inclusive of golf requires a $10,000 buy-in and a monthly of $440. A Tennis and pickleball membership requires a $3,000 buy-in and dues of $235 a month. Again, all memberships include use of clubhouse dinning and other facilities.
Review – Red Rock Country Club Las Vegas is located on the far west side of the valley, backing up to the Red Rock Conservation area. Approximately 80% of the homes here are on the golf course. This is a beautiful community that features 2 Arnold Palmer golf courses, 44,000 sq. ft. main clubhouse and a 8,000 sq. ft. sports clubhouse. Also at Red Rock is one of the best tennis facilities in Las Vegas. The Ridges and The Summit are two newer guard gated golf communities in Summerlin. The access to services has improved a great deal since this development was built with Summerlin Center, many big box stores as well as the Red Rock Station Casino just one freeway exit away. The only downside for some would be the age with the homes built between 1999 and 2006.
