Promenade is a guard gated community with a total of 188 homes. This makes for a very secure living environment. It is located just south of the I95 expressway and very close to The Meadows Mall and shopping of all kinds. There are free standing homes available here as well as attached "villa" style homes. They were built in the late 1980's. The free standing homes are fairly large and are single story. They range from 1809 sq. ft. to 2286 sq. ft. Villas range from 1258 sq. ft. to 1,695 sq. ft. All homes have 2 car garages. This community is close in and close to most all services, but has a very secluded feel to it.
