This guard gated community is located  the the southeastern part of the valley, in Henderson. There are 596 homes inside the gate. They range in year of construction from 1997 to 2009. Home sizes range from 1,544 to 4,415 sq. ft.  Rhodes Homes was the builder.

From this community it would be an approximately 20 mile commute to the center of The Strip. Elementary schools, a middle school, high school and community college are all within two miles. Access to to the I93 is less than one mile away, making commutes to other areas of the valley fairly easy. There is some shopping less than one mile away with another larger shopping center within 3 miles. This is one of the least expensive options in the Las Vegas/Henderson area to live  in a free-standing home behind a guard gate.
