Las Vegas High-Rise - Real Estate

The condo tower is associated with the Palazzo Hotel Casino is currently under construction. There is much speculation as to the nature of this development but very little in the way of concrete information has been released at this time. It is anticipated that the prices per square foot will exceed $1,500. That will put them in the same general price range as the Mandarin Oriental and The Harmon at City Center.

This project is currently on hold. As soon as more is known, I will update the information here.

Las Vegas Sands in their filings with the SEC anticipated 970,00 sq. ft. for residential  sales. I have seen estimates of the number of units being built ranging from 270 to 422. I have also seen some information with respect to possible amenities, but I would just as soon wait for more definitive information before I represent anything here. I can say with some degree is certainty that the tower height will be 632 ft. I can also say with a reasonable degree of certainty that there will be nothing available here under $1,000,000.

This is a caveat I would apply to all those local high-rise communities still selling new. There may be some jeopardy here.  See my concerns on my  high-rise directory page
