Painted Desert is a guard gated golf course community located just south and west of the I95 and Ann Rd in Las Vegas. Homes, villas, and condominiums are available here. Most all of the construction was completed in the 1990's, with around 1,500 homes in all. built on 460 acres. Homes surround the Painted Desert Golf Club. There are production homes, custom homes plus a large selection of "duplex" style villas and conventional condominiums available, many of which offer golf views. Commute to the center of the strip will be 25 to 30 minutes depending on traffic. The elevation at Painted Desert ranges from 2,326 ft. to 2,410 ft. above sea level.

As of May 3, 2008, sales activity for the last 3 months reflects free-standing homes prices between $209,000 and $355,000. Condo/townhome prices ranged from $115,000 to $212,000. Of the 57 properties currently listed, 16 are represented as short sales or bank owned/foreclosures. |
