Pacific properties built three developments using the Pacific
Legends name in the middle to late 1990's in the Las Vegas area. The three are
almost identical in nature, but were built in different areas of the valley.
Legends West was built on Buffalo south of Lake Mead Dr. and just east of the
Paseo Village in Summerlin. Legends East is just south of East Charleston on Nellis. Pacific Legends is located in the heart of Green Valley on Valle Verde,
south of Wigwam and north of the 215.
All communities have around 200 homes each. All are gated with Legends West having two bedroom units only with the other two communities having two and three bedroom units. Approximately 50% on the units come with a single car detached garage. Unit sizes range from 969 to 1,244 sq ft. All communities have what I would regard as above average common area amenities including pool, spa, exercise room and clubhouse. Nice complexes all. Prices over the last 12 months, at the time of this writing, January 2007, have ranged from $157,000 to $237,000. The home at Pacific Legends East tend to be lower in price than those in the Summerlin or Green Valley area. All communities are relatively close in by today's standards.
