Northwest Las Vegas Real Estate
The centerpiece of the northwest is Summerlin. Note: Much of the original Summerlin construction was in the northwest, but as the building has continued, it has moved more to the south. With 22,500 acres it is well into its development. When completed Summerlin will feature 25 separate and distinct "villages". It was the fastest growing planned community in the United States for many years. There are plenty of options here including homes, condos and gated estates. Summerlin is many miles long, north to south. It is appropriate to show is as a northwest community but it continues many miles to the south into west/central area. Adjacent to Summerlin(on the north end) is Desert Shores which features man made lakes that are stocked for fishing. Painted Desert is a planned golf course community that is located south and west of the I95 and Ann Rd. Infrastructure has dramatically improved in the northwest with a huge retail complex now open at Centennial and the I95. Los Prados is another nice option in a guard gated golf community in this general area.
