This is one of the older high-rise developments in the Las Vegas area, constructed in the mid 1970's . It consists of 140 units on 10 floors. Unit sizes range from 621 to 1,556 sq. ft. It is located at the corner of Koval and Harmon. This is two blocks from the virtual center of the Strip. Some of these units have great views, particularly those on the west and south side of the complex. What is has going for it is much lower prices, on average, than the newer high-rise communities and also modest association fees. Another advantage is that you can get in and out of the complex without messing with the strip traffic. I like this complex a great deal. I sold a home a few years back to an individual that worked here and he said that Al Pacino once was a resident. The movie stars may have moved along, but this still is an attractive option, in my opinion.
