This complex is located at the corner of Las Vegas Blvd. and Serene, about 6 miles south on Las Vegas Blvd. from Tropicana. There are 700 units in all ranging in size from 817 to 2,079 sq. ft. The first closings here occurred July 2006 and the project is now built-out. A number if resales are currently available( see above link).

There has been a great deal of development in this south Las Vegas Blvd. area. This would include several timeshare high-rise projects. Also in the immediate area are two large outlet malls. Additional casino/hotel projects are planned for both north and south of this location.

The sister development of Manhattan Condos is Manhattan West. It is partially constructed, but building has been suspended at this time.

This south central location is very convenient to the Strip, Airport area as well as giving convenient access to both the east and west side of the valley on the close-by 215 beltway.
