
This is a new undertaking. I will update and add to this information as I can. This information will never be comprehensive, but will be some good information including photos on some of my favorite Las Vegas condominium, condo, townhome communities.
Blackhorse at Stallion Mt. - This complex is located in east Las Vegas, off of Desert Inn Rd east of Boulder Highway. Some of these units face the Stallion Mt. golf course. Homes were built between 2001 and 2003.
Canyon Willow - This large condo complex (720 units) is a great option for those wanting something in newer construction and in close proximity to the strip/airport area.
Elan - Very nice project, I lived in it myself a few years ago. It features condos as well as duplex style, single story "patio homes". Nice common area amenities.
Pacific Legends - There are three communities, almost identical in nature that are called Pacific Legends. They are located on the east side, west side as well as in the Green Valley area of Henderson. They were all build in the middle to late 1990's. All are gated with very nice common areas. Approximately 50% of these units come with detached single car garages.
Red Hills - Resort Villas - Ironwood - Three communities, built by the same Las Vegas builder in the middle to late 1990's. Two of the three are guard gated. All units have attached direct access garages. The common areas are some of the most beautiful around. They are located in the Summerlin area as well as in Green Valley in Henderson.
Royal Crest - High rise age restricted 55+ community centrally located. Guard gated with a beautiful common area.
Silver Canyon - Age restricted 55+ community located in the southeast. Nice community of conventional condos with upstairs and downstairs units. Built in the mid 1990's.
Sullivan Square - Urban living in the suburbs of southwestern Las Vegas. 1,300 projected residences in several high-rise buildings. Residents will have access to 25 locally owned shops and services. Many common area amenities. Valet parking and concierge services. Prices from the lower $300,000's.
Sunrise Villas - Features townhome units, single story with 2 car garages. East side central location. Several communities with one that is age restricted. Many units back up greenbelts.
The District at Green Valley Ranch - Mixed use development with condos over retail. Very nice, walk to almost all services. Units look out over "main street" at the District or have strip views.
Townhomes at Spanish Trail - Spanish Trail is a guard gated golf course development located in the southwest. There are 4 townhome communities there as well as many communities of free standing homes.
