Las Vegas Condominium Communities

This is a new undertaking. I will update and add to this information as I can. This information will never be comprehensive, but will be some good information including photos of some of my favorite Las Vegas condominium, condo, townhome communities.

Below are some arbitrary designations by which is my attempt to separate these communities by cost. This is very subjective on my part and in cases there will be some overlap. $ will indicate the less expensive communities all the way up to $$$ for the higher priced communities, on a cost per sq. ft. basis. Also, as you will see directly below, I have a link to information on all the new construction options in condos and townhomes in the Las Vegas area.

Bella Vita – $ – This 800+ unit development is located on the west side just off of Flamingo around 2 miles from the center of the strip. Guard-gated with lots of amenities. Homes are primarily one and two bedrooms up to 928 sq. ft.

Blackhorse at Stallion Mt. – $ – This complex is located in east Las Vegas, off of Desert Inn Rd east of Boulder Highway. Some of these units face the Stallion Mt. golf course. Homes were built between 2001 and 2003.

C2 Lofts – $$$ – Loft development located high up in Summerlin. First closings were July 2007. Home sizes range from 1,244 to 2,771 sq. ft.

Loft 5 Vegas – $$$ – New development of loft living on south Las Vegas Blvd. 272 units in all. Home sizes range from 1,305 to 2,412 sq. ft.

Canyon Willow – $ – This large condo complex (720 units) is a great option for those wanting something in newer construction and in close proximity to the strip/airport area.

The Dakota – $$ – 175 unit development in Summeriln. Units range from 1,282 to 1,707 sq. ft. Some units back to the Summerlin TPC golf course.

Elan – $ – Very nice project, I lived in it myself a few years ago. It features condos as well as duplex style, single story “patio homes”. Nice common area amenities. Just east of Summerlin.

Inspiration at Green Valley Ranch – – 315 townhomes built between between 2003 and 2005. Home sizes are between 1,018 and 2,361 sq. ft. Great Green Valley Ranch location. Walking distance to the Green Valley Ranch casino as well as all the shopping at The District.

Las Posada at Summerlin – $ – 338 homes ranging in size from 560 to 1,243 sq. ft. Located adjacent to Pueblo Park in Summerlin

Manhattan Condos – $$ – 700 unit mid-rise complex on south Las Vegas Blvd. Units range from 817 to 2,079 sq. ft.

Lake Las Vegas Condos and Townhomes -$$ – Many options in Lake Las Vegas from condo/hotels to larger townhomes.

Mission Hills – $ – Two phase development of 704 homes in the Green Valley Ranch area of Henderson. Units range from 1,042 to 1,224 sq. ft. Built between 2001 and 2004. Development is recorded as Mission Ridge.

Monterey Condos – $ – Recorded as Village Green Condos this development is located in the guard gated Las Vegas Country Club. Good choice for those wanting something centrally located.

Pacific Legends – $ – There are three communities, almost identical in nature that are called Pacific Legends. They are located on the east side, west side as well as in the Green Valley area of Henderson. They were all build in the middle to late 1990’s. All are gated with very nice common areas. Approximately 50% of these units come with detached single car garages.

Park Avenue Condos – $$ – This is a newer mid-rise project of 750 units on the south Strip. Unit sizes range from 786 to 1,812 sq. ft.

Red Bluffs at the Crossing – $ – 272 unit gated condominium community in the center of Summerlin. Home sizes range from 838 to 1,263 sq. ft. Lushly landscaped. Built 1998-2001

Red Hills – Resort Villas – Ironwood – $$ – Three communities, built by the same Las Vegas builder in the middle to late 1990’s. Two of the three are guard gated. All units have attached direct access garages. The common areas are some of the most beautiful around. They are located in the Summerlin area as well as in Green Valley in Henderson.

Rock Springs – $ – Several communities on the west side with a total of 1,368 units built in all. They were built between 1985 and 1998. All are two bedroom units and range in size from 912 to 1,192 sq. ft.

Royal Crest – $ – High rise age restricted 55+ community centrally located. Guard gated with a beautiful common area.

Silver Canyon – $ – Age restricted 55+ community located in the southeast. Nice community of conventional condos with upstairs and downstairs units. Built in the mid 1990’s.

Sunrise Villas – $ – Features townhome units, single story with 2 car garages. East side central location. Several communities with one that is age restricted. Many units back up greenbelts.

The District at Green Valley Ranch – $$$ – Mixed use development with condos over retail. Very nice, walk to almost all services. Units look out over “main street” at the District or have strip views.

Townhomes at Spanish Trail – $$ – $$$ – Spanish Trail is a guard gated golf course development located in the southwest. There are 4 townhome communities there as well as many communities of free standing homes.

Vistana – $ – Larger and newer 730 unit development in the southwest. It is guard gated. Units are 1 to 3 bedrooms and are 685 to 1,437 sq. ft.
