This is the only age restricted, retirement community in Boulder City . Click here for more Boulder City information. Many of these homes have views of Lake Mead and some are on oversized lots. Homeowners here own their land. Many also have RV parking and/or oversized covered parking for RV's and boats. Driving through this community one notices many covered patios and porches facing the lake. Amenities include community center and community pool. There is a very low association fee of $20.00 a month. The community has a total of 353 homes. This is definitely worth a look if you appreciate Boulder City, want age restricted ( retirement communities ) and are looking for, or comfortable with, a manufactured home. Note: Boulder City is only 20 miles from the Las Vegas, Henderson area. There is also an interesting financing option available for Boulder City homes through the Boulder City Credit Union.
