This community of 338 homes is located in the Pueblo Village in Summerlin. This is one of the first of the Summerlin Villages built and the only one built east of Rampart Blvd. One, two and three bedroom units range from 560 to 1,243 sq. ft. This is a gated community just west of Buffalo Rd and south of Lake Mead Blvd. Community amenities include two pools, clubhouse and exercise room. This development was built  in the 1995-1995 period. Many of the units on the south side of this development look out over Pueblo Park.

I love the location of this community. On the south side it overlooks Pueblo Park. This is regarded by some as the finest example of a desert park in this area. Services abound on Lake Mead Blvd with many restaurants, grocery stores and other retail establishments. There is good access to the I95 from Lake Mead Blvd that can take you into the more central areas. The community of Desert Shores, with several man made lakes, is just to the north and there are, by my count, eight golf courses within three miles of this community. Just to the west are other Summerlin Villages with all their wonderful amenities.  This is, on average, one of the least expensive condominium options in Summerlin.
