Las Vegas hotels and short term housing opportunitiesHotelsI often receive calls and emails from my clients looking for some feedback from me as to where to stay in this area. The strip choices are usually obvious and most of my clients are looking for something off the strip and potentially less expensive. Below is a list of hotels that some of my clients have in the past stayed at and were happy with. South Point Hotel and Casino- New facility very south
on Las Vegas Blvd. Easy to access and well located. Close to Henderson, and the
southwest and southeast part of the valley. Sun Coast Casino - Nice facility close to the northwest
and Summerlin areas. Fiesta Hotel Casino in Henderson - Located in the
southeast part of Henderson, this Station owned hotel is probably 18 miles from
the center of the strip, but it often has room availability and pricing that my
clients have not found elsewhere. Arizona Charlie's East- Nice facility on
Boulder Highway on the east side. Has casino and restaurants. Most of the rooms
are of the "suite" type. Gold Coast Hotel and Casino - Located just a few blocks
to the west of the Strip on Flamingo, this may be a good choice for those wanting something
closer in. They do have a shuttle running all day between the Strip and the
hotel. Short term housing optionsMy clients often are in need of short term housing, usually furnished and usually only for a few months or less. This can often be an expensive option. There are homes, condos and townhomes that do rent furnished and for a short term, usually month to month. This would be the most expensive local option. Another option is local facilities that specialize in this type of housing. Below are options that some of my clients have used in the past.
