General real estate information on this Las Vegas suburb.

Henderson is an incorporated city
with its own city services, its own shopping mall and its own casino's. It very much
has its own identity. What it shares in common with Las Vegas, Nevada is even more
explosive growth. It is the fastest growing city in the country with a growth rate
of 13%.. Its population as of January 2006, was just over 248,000. In 1999
Henderson became the 2nd largest city in Nevada, moving ahead of Reno. Note:
with the addition of Lake Las Vegas, Del Webb's Anthem, Green Valley Ranch,
MacDonald Highlands and now Inspirada, availability has increased substantially.
This should continue Henderson's growth for many years. Homes in the Henderson
area in general and particularly the areas south of the I215 have experienced
some of the highest rates of appreciation in value in the Las Vegas area over
the last few years. A consortium of home builders, Focus Property Group, purchased over 1,900 acres of land
in Henderson from the BLM. This land is now being developed by
into the new planned community of Inspirada. This master planned community will
be built just east of Anthem and 7-Hills. Here are some links to information, photos
and focused property searches for some of the planned communities in Henderson including
Green Valley,
Green Valley Ranch, Sun City MacDonald
Ranch, MacDonald Highlands,
Anthem, Sun City Anthem,
Solera at Anthem,
Anthem Country Club,
Seven Hills and the new community
of Inspirada.
Note that the links provided above will usually contain a
focused property search that will show specific results only for the community
in question.
