This planned community is located south of Lake Mead Dr. in Henderson. It extends both east and west of Valle Verde Dr. and south of the 215 Beltway. It is a small planned community of 1,310 acres with around 3,100 total residences. Over 200 acres are dedicated to community amenities including parks, schools, recreational centers, open space areas, pedestrian and bike paths and places of worship. All the homes are relatively new and there is usually a good selection of properties on the market. It is distinguished, in my opinion, by its beautiful parks and recreation areas. Lots to choose from here from condos to smaller homes to customs. With the opening of 215 beltway past Valle Verde the commute to the rest of Las Vegas has become much easier. It is approximately a 15 min drive to the center of the strip. The surrounding infrastructure is very good with more on the way. The new Henderson Multigenerational Center is just a mile to the west, at most, as is the new Green Valley Ranch Station Casino. I very much like this community.
The elevation at Green Valley Ranch ranges from 2,050 ft. to 2,180 ft. above sea level.
