This guard gated community is located in southwest Las Vegas. This subdivision is recorded as Tiburon. Tiburon includes both the homes to the west of this guard gated area as well as those behind the guard gate, at Granada Hills, to the east. My guess is that there are around 150 homes in Granada Hills. These homes range in year of construction from 1996 to 2003.  Home sizes, behind the guard gate, range from 2,243 to 4,548 sq. ft. Rhodes Homes was the builder.

This community borders on W. Tropicana to the south. It is also less than a mile from the SR215 beltway which makes for a convenient commute to many other areas of the valley. There is a great deal of infrastructure that is literally within walking distance. Smith's Food and Drug Center, Lowe's and Wal-Mart are all within  1 1/2 miles to the west. Clifford J. Lawrence Middle School is within walking distance to the north.  Lucille Rodgers Elementary is within 3/4 of a mile to the south.
