In 1993 I was a resident in Elan which enabled me to know what a nice community it is.  I have since moved on but have, over the years since then, listed and sold many properties there.  It is a wonderful gated complex in the northwest, just east of Summerlin.  It features large expansive greenbelts, 3 pools, 2 spas, exercise room, clubhouse, waterscape and barbeque areas.  Two condominium floor plans are available here, a 1168 sq. ft. 2 bedroom and  a 1266 sq. ft. 2 bedroom plus den.  Patio homes are also available. These are single story homes with attached 2 car garages.  One 2 bedroom at 1058 sq. ft. and a 2 bedroom plus den at 1156 sq. ft. patio home can be enjoyed.  They are attached to one or more other patio homes.  Elan is convenient to shopping and schools.  It is also relatively close to the strip, a few blocks north of Charleston and just west of Buffalo.
