There are 1,470 homes in Desert Inn Mobile Estates. I say community, however it is actually 3 manufactured home communities. Desert Inn Mobile Estates #1 is a family park. Desert Inn Mobile Estates #2 has both family and age restricted areas. Desert Inn Mobile Estates #3 is age restricted. They are all in close proximity and are located on the east side of Las Vegas convenient to the strip, airport and the I-95.  Most of the homes here were manufactured in the 1970's 1980's.  Homeowners own their own land.

As of this writing, August 18, 2010, sales activity for the past 3 months reflect prices from $30,000 to $89,000. Of the 53 properties currently listed, 11 are represented as short sales or bank owned/foreclosures.  Resale homes have a median asking price of $61 per sq. ft.

. Association fees range from $48.00 to $58.00 per month. These are well maintained communities with many amenities including clubhouses, pools, saunas, exercise rooms, tennis and separate RV parking.  If you are looking for an age restricted, retirement community of manufactured homes, then this is one of the two Las Vegas options in senior communities. Exceptions would be rental parks.  The elevation at Desert Inn Mobile Estates is approximately 1,700 ft. above sea level.
