Country Club Hills is a guard gated community in The Trails Village in Summerlin. 177 homes were built in all. 170 of these are Christopher Built homes. There is a separate gated area, gate within a gate with 7 custom homes called "The Enclave". Homes in "The Enclave range in size from 12,945 sq. ft to 18,713. Some of the biggest names in the casino industry have been associated with these homes.  The 170 Christopher built homes outside "The Enclave" range in size from 2,882 sq. ft. to 6,086 sq. ft. This community is within walking distance of The Trails Village Center shopping. Also close by are a number of Summerlin amenities including community pool and tennis courts.  It is within one mile of Summerlin Parkway for fast access to other areas of the valley. Summerlin Hospital is less than two miles away. Many of the homes back to the TPC golf course. This is one of several smaller guard gated communities located in the northern part of Summerlin.

The homes were constructed between 1993 and 1999.
