They were constructed between 2005 and 2007. This is a sister community to Club Madeira in Anthem. Both I would describe as having a mini-country club ambience. Central to the community is a well appointed clubhouse with exercise room, pool, tennis courts and basketball court. Many of the homes here back to the three holes of the Aliante Golf Course that wind through the community.

Club Aliante is within walking distance of a CVS Pharmacy as well as the new Aliante Station Casino with all of its entertainment options and restaurants. A good size shopping center with grocery store is within 1/2 mile. This community is now very convenient to services.
