C2 Lofts is located in Summerlin, just west of the SR215 and just to the south of Charleston. There will be two buildings with 100 units in each. Closed sales have ranged from $596,900 to $1,499,000. The first homeowners closed escrow July 2007. Units range in size from 1,244 to 2,771 sq. ft.

Unit amenities include oversized windows, brick walls, high ceilings, granite countertops, a covered balcony,
alarm system with motion detectors and a storage unit. Two garage spaces are included with each unit. Also included in the HOA fees is alarm monitoring for each home.

This development is located high up on the west side at approximately 3,120 ft. above sea level. This is around 900 ft. higher than the Strip. As the sun sets over the Spring Mountains, this is one of the first areas in the valley to go into the shade. In the summertime it will be, on average, conspicuously cooler here in the late afternoon than much of the rest of the valley. Within 5 minutes you can be at the Red Rock Hotel Resort to the east. Also, within 5 minutes you can be in the Red Rock Conservation area to the west and find it hard to believe that you can be in such a pristine environment and yet be this close to the city.
