Fast Track Buyer Services - If your looking to buy a home in the next 60 days or so you need a special kind of attention. You need to know about every property that might meet your criteria, and as new product comes on the market you need to know immediately.  If a builder is offering close-out pricing or special incentives, you need to know.  To meet these needs I offer fast track buyer services.

So Millie what's involved, what do you do for
me and what do I do for you?

First, what "I" do:

1. You will receive a print-out of all properties that meet your criteria.  I encourage you to do drive-bys, it's the best way to learn neighborhoods.

2. As new properties come on the market you will be informed immediately.

3. I will leave no stone unturned until I find a home for you.  I will represent you aggressively, protecting your interest, to make sure you will get the best deal possible.

What I require "you" to do:

1. Obtain a pre-approval from a bank or mortgage company - Time is valuable and we don't want to waste it looking at homes in the wrong price range. Pre-approval also puts you in the best possible negotiating position and we want to be able to move fast if we find what you want.  Need help with this?  Phone me and I will assist you.

2. Your loyalty and commitment is required.

  A realtor will have a fiduciary obligation to protect your interest. Many of us would work diligently for you if we could count on your loyalty, and we know how valuable our efforts can be.  Pick up the phone and call me or e-mail me.  I'm ready to go to work for you.
