This guard gated community is located in eastern Summerlin. 68 homes, all single story, were built at sizes ranging from 2,814 to 3,514 sq. ft. They range in year of construction from 1999 to 2003.  Community amenities include clubhouse, pool, spa and exercise area. It is unusual for a community in Summerlin or outside, especially one this small, to have common area amenities on this scale. The homes on the northern and western border back to the Summerlin TPC golf course. One other thing that sets this community apart is that it is bordered by on other community on any side.

Summerlin Hospital in less than 1/2 mile away. It is approximately one mile to Summerlin Parkway of convenient access to other areas of the valley. There is considerable infrastructure along Town Center Dr. which is less than 1/2 mile to the north. The Trails Village Center is approximately 1 1/2 miles to the north with a Von's Grocery, restaurants, banks and many other retail options.
