Anthem Country Club is located in the southeast part of the Las Vegas valley in the city of Henderson. It is part of the planned community of Anthem which includes Sun City Anthem, Anthem Coventry as well as additional communities in the process of development. Anthem Country Club is a guard gated community of just under 2,000 acres. There are around 1,700 homes here . Production homes range in size from 1,275 sq. ft. to 5,797 sq. ft. Custom homes are also available. Custom home sizes range up to 16,701 sq. ft. Years of construction range from 1999 to 2009 only customs built the last few yeatrs.  At the time of this writing association fees are $156.00 a month with an additional $130.00 a month for a social membership which allows access to the clubhouse facilities as well as to the recreational complex. At the time of this writing, also there is an additional $150.00 assessment per quarter for food and beverage for social members. This community is built around a Keith Foster/Hale Irwin designed golf course that is 7,267 yards from the championship tees. Golf membership is separate.
