Anthem Country Club is located in the southeast part of the Las Vegas valley in the city of Henderson. It is part of the planned community of Anthem which includes Sun City Anthem, Anthem Coventry as well as additional communities in the process of development. Anthem Country Club is a guard gated community of just under 2,000 acres. There are around 1,700 homes here . Production homes range in size from 1,275 sq. ft. to 5797 sq. ft. Custom homes are also available.. At the time of this writing association fees are $156.00 a month with an additional $130.00 a month for a social membership which allows access to the clubhouse facilities as well as to the recreational complex. There is an additional $150.00 assessment per quarter for food and beverage for social members. This community is built around a Keith Foster/Hale Irwin designed golf course that is 7,267 yards from the championship tees. Golf membership is separate. As of this writing, February 7, 2009, sales activity for the past 3 months reflect sales prices from $220,500 to $1,800,000 with a median price of around $450,000. 24 homes sold during this period. Of the 72 properties currently available 16 are represented as either short sales or bank owned/foreclosures.  Resale free-standing homes have a median asking price of $220 per sq. ft. .

The elevation at Anthem Country Club ranges from 2,620 ft. to 2,976 ft. above sea level.

There are no new homes available here as the builder, Del Webb, has been closed out for several years.
