Anthem Country Club is located in the southeast part of the Las Vegas valley in the city of Henderson. It is part of the planned community of Anthem which includes Sun City Anthem, Anthem Coventry as well as additional communities. Anthem Country Club is a guard gated community of just under 2,000 acres. There are around 1,700 homes here . Production homes range in size from 1,275 sq. ft. to 5,797 sq. ft. Custom homes are also available. Custom home sizes range up to 16,701 sq. ft. Years of construction range from 1999 to 2009 only customs built the last few years. At the time of this writing association fees are $287.00 a month with an additional $250.00 a month for a social membership which allows access to the clubhouse facilities as well as to the recreational complex. At the time of this writing, also there is an additional $200.00 assessment per quarter for food and beverage for social members. Anthem Country Club is built around a Keith Foster/Hale Irwin designed golf course that is 7,267 yards from the championship tees. Golf membership is separate.

This is a 33,000 sq. ft. facility featuring a main dining room, bar, club grill and pro shop. The views from the dining room and outside terraces that overlook the fairways as well as the city and are spectacular. None better in my opinion.

The amenities include a 2,500 sq. ft. exercise facility, tennis courts and a 13,700 sq. ft. area for a six lane lap pool, resort pool, toddlers play area, wading pool, decks and poolside cafe.

Above is a example of one of the production home neighborhoods at Anthem Country Club. Del Webb built a total of 38 individual models at Anthem C.C. I have counted 32 separate communities within the main community, all with their own individual name and entrance. Many are gated which provides the additional security of a gate within the guard gate. Production homes start at at 1,275 sq. ft and are available up to 5,797 sq. ft.
You can spend well under $500,000 at Anthem Country Club for a home and still have the full country club experience with dinner at the club, tennis and swimming all behind the guard gate.
