Resale list prices range from $135 per sq. ft. to $502 per sq. ft. and average $244 per sq. ft. at the time of this writing, March 31, 2010. As of this date 238 properties have closed escrow. I show 438 units projected. There have been three resales over the last three months closing at prices ranging from $145,001 to $225,000.

HOA fees run .40 to .50 per square foot.

Originally two towers were projected. Only one was built and that is finished
404 units on 41 floors. It is currently 90% sold, but as you can see above, although the great majority are under contract, just over half have closed escrow.
